MTCS Ltd offers a 2 day Team Leadership & Development course which is appropriate for all disciplines within the offshore industry. The course is designed to meet follow industry best practice, and can be further tailored to the ‘in-house’ requirements of the client company, whilst providing the knowledge required for Project Manager grade within the MTCS Ltd Competence Scheme. This course is aimed at personnel working towards, or, working in a managerial role.

The course includes:

• Implementing Safety Management Systems
• Effective Management Techniques
• Operational Planning
• On Going Training and Assessment of Personnel
• Liaising with the Client

This course is delivered at locations convenient to our clients which may include company offices or vessels if required.

A certificate is issued on successful completion of this course and candidates may register for an NVQ in Management on completion of the Supervisor Competencies.

MTCS Ltd offer a 2 day Team Leadership Skills for ROV Supervisors. This training course is designed to develop the supervisory skills of personnel who are [or may be about to be] required to lead ROV operations.

The style of the course follows the following format:

• Real activities

It follows that the course is therefore suitable for training personnel throughout the world and can be delivered at any location.
