Careers in the ROV Industry

MTCS have extensive experience in providing training for personnel wishing to embark on a career in the ROV industry.

Our courses meet industry training guidelines as laid down by the International Marine Contractors Association (IMCA) and we are an approved by EAL as a skills assessment centre.  

As part of our commitment to the industry we dedicate time in monitoring the recruitment of personnel around the world by contracting companies. This allows us to select an appropriate time when we can deliver training to ensure our candidate's have the best opportunity of gaining employment.

Our key aim is to ensure our candidate's achieve employment in the industry. For this reason we seek guidance from contracting companies on the skill base they require new recruits to have.
