Team Leadership & Development

MTCS Ltd offers a 2 day Team Leadership & Development course which is appropriate for all disciplines within the offshore industry. The course is designed to meet the ‘in-house’ requirements of the client whilst providing the knowledge required for Project Manager grade within the MTCS Ltd Competence Scheme. This course is aimed at personnel working towards, or, working in a managerial role.

The course includes:

• Implementing Safety Management Systems
• Effective Management Techniques
• Operational Planning
• On Going Training and Assessment of Personnel
• Liaising with the Client

This course is delivered at locations convenient to our clients which may include company offices or vessels if required.

A certificate is issued on successful completion of this course and candidates may register for an NVQ in Management on completion of the Supervisor Competencies.
