MTCS Ltd offer a 1-day leadership course to complement our assessor training that is designed to support personnel moving into the role of Supervisor in the Offshore Industry.

Many personnel are promoted into the role of Supervisor on the basis of time served and technical ability, without any consideration for their team management skills.  This course is specifically designed to introduce the delegate to the concepts of team leadership as required in Offshore Industry.

The course includes the following modules:

• Team and team dynamics in the offshore industry
• Leadership styles and action centred leadership as used in the Offshore Industry
• Improving performance and behaviour of personnel working in the Offshore Industry
• Practical leadership exercises
