MTCS Ltd offers a 2 day Skills Assessor training course that is designed to provide senior offshore personnel with the skills required to assess competence in the work place.

The course adheres to the criteria that has been laid down by the National Training Organisation for Employment (EmpNTO) as well as that of IMCA (C005).

MTCS Ltd is an approved assessment centre by the Engineering Marine Technology Alliance (EMTA) and candidates are therefore eligible for recognised external assessment qualifications.

It follows that the course is therefore suitable for training Assessors throughout the world and can be delivered at any location.

• A route to a formal qualification in skills assessment for your personnel (A1, A2 qualification)
• The ability for your organisations senior offshore/onshore personnel to assess competence in the field in line with IMCA requirements

The Assessor has a vital role in the implementation of competence and it is recommended that at least one senior member of the offshore team is qualified in this discipline.
